I recently completed two paintings, two mixed media panels and a large mosaic lamp for a client.  My photos of the individual pieces
were damaged, but I do have pictures of the art in the client's home.  The client kindly offered to let me have the art professionally
photographed over the summer, so I'll be adding better pictures in the future.

My client wanted a lamp that not only complimented his colorful decor, but would also fit in with his
trinkets and art that he had collected from years of traveling to exotic lands.  I covered this lamp
with broken pottery and china from England, Sweden, Vietnam, the U.S. and Thailand, smalti from
Mexico, fused glass, stone tile, river rock, tile from France,  millefiorii, smalti and marble from Italy,
and rocks that were collected on a lakeshore near the client's birthplace.  He wanted something
that was rich in texture and colors, much like the open air markets he enjoys so much abroad.  The
circles of pottery on the lamp were used to compliment the circle design on the table, as well as the
overlapping circles on the geometric pillows in the livingroom.

The client's vibrant bedding posed a challenge when they went looking for bold, yet sexy art to hang above their bed.  I made two
mixed media panels with acrylics, plaster impregnated gauze, fused tiles, agate slices, glitter tiles
and vintage glass cabs.

The client also requested a textured acrylic painting for their livingroom.  The multi-colored block painting is 3'x4'.
